30-Day Return Policy (Restrictions Apply Due To Product Conditions)

Titan Tough does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repair or modification. 

Money back guarantee if you're not satisfied with the product.

You must have all included order contents, including boxes, manuals, charging cables and bands.   

All Returned products must be shipped to the address Titan Tough provides during the claim process.  

Our policy does not allow for returns based on claims that the watch does not perform functions outside of those stated in the product's specifications and listed in the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). We strongly encourage customers to review these details before making a purchase to ensure that the product meets their needs. 

Customers must confirm measurements before proceeding with their purchase. Returns over size differences will not be accepted. We provide this information throughout our website. You can also reach out to our customer care team for any questions related to the watch’s dimensions and one of our experts will assist you.  

You must notify Titan Tough within 3 days of receiving your product if any damage is found upon delivery.

To start any valid return ticket, please follow the instructions to return the item back to our warehouse.

You must notify us within 3 days of the day of delivery if our product doesn’t meet your expectations or if it has any damage on arrival. 

You must attach a picture or video to your request to better understand what's the reason you want to return your product. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it and in its original packaging with all accessories 

Please contact us by email at sales@titantough.shop explaining the situation and with the subject "RETURN + ORDER NUMBER". 

If you meet our requirements, we will send you the return instructions. Items must be received in the warehouse within the 30-day guarantee. 

When we receive the product, we will provide a refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Titan Tough Lifetime Smartwatch Warranty

The Titan Tough lifetime warranty is effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and factory defects.

Lifetime guarantee we replace, 1 time for the same product or comparable available on the website at the time.

The lifetime warranty is valid for one replacement only. Once a replacement has been issued, the warranty for the replaced product expires. To claim warranty service, please contact our customer support team within the warranty period. Proof of purchase may be required. 

Our warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling, or unauthorized repair or modification. We reserve the right to determine whether a product defect is covered under warranty. 

If the product is no longer available or has been discontinued, we may replace it with a similar product of equal or greater value. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to one product of the order.
